Newark Liberty Space Rentals

We welcome you to Newark Liberty International Airport where we work together to provide our tenants and customers with modern facilities. Our latest development is a Port Authority Multi-Tenant Cargo Building, conveniently located at the north end of the airport with easy access to major highways and Port Newark. The Multi-Tenant Cargo Building (Building 157) consists of over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space with associated finished office space; roughly 20,000 square feet of raw office space on a second floor mezzanine; and employee parking. The building opened in August 2003.

      · Each bay roughly 8,500 to 9300 sq. ft.
      · 50' wide bays.
      · 50' between columns; columns within space.
      · 2 ramp doors per bay on ramp side of Bldg with 1 pedestrian door.
Office:
      · First floor - Each bay has 1 office (143 to 274 sq. ft.).
      · Upstairs, unfinished (mezzanine) 31,354 sq. ft.– Tenant build out requirement.
Truck Docks – 2 to 3 per Bay.
Aircraft Parking – 3 to 4 Parking Positions, depending on aircraft size..
Employee Parking – 128 spaces.
