Ground Transportation Services/Options

Visit the Welcome Center now open on the Arrivals level at LaGuardia’s Central Terminal Building. The center offers transportation information as well as tourism brochures and direct phone service to local hotels. All transportation arrangements can be made at the center. A variety of transportation options are available including shared rides, private car and limousine service. The center also provides information on public transit options that require no more than one connection.
In LaGuardia’s Delta Terminal, Marine Air Terminal, and US Airways terminal, visit the Ground Transportation counters on the Arrivals levels for information on traveling in New York and New Jersey.
To ensure prompt service, reservations for accessible transportation vehicles should be made at least 24 hours in advance for all shared ride transportation services.
It is unsafe to accept a ride from drivers who approach you. Even if they look official, they are breaking the law. If you need a ride, follow the signs to the Welcome Center/Ground Transportation Counter near the baggage claim area, or call 1-800-AIR-RIDE for information on authorized transportation services.
