Operators of convoys and oversize vehicles must arrange for an escort by contacting the Communications Desk of the bridge or tunnel they plan to use in advance of their trip. Call the bridge or tunnel’s 24-hour Communications Desk directly.

E-ZPass customers will be required to complete an E-ZPass Exception Form for completion of the toll transaction. Click here to download the form. You may complete the top section of the form prior to arriving at the facility. Please note that if the tag number A) does not begin with one of the series listed below, B) is a roof-mounted tag, or C) cannot be verified for any reason, you will also be required to provide one copy each of the vehicle’s registration and the operator’s drivers license.
