This 96-acre site is owned by the NY State Department of Transportation and leased to Harlem River Yard Ventures, a private developer. The development plan for the site includes a 28-acre intermodal facility, a waste transfer facility, a newspaper printing plant, and a paper recycling facility. The yard is rail accessed from the west by CSX and CP Rail via the Oak Point Link and from the east by CSX’s Oak Point Yard.

Located on the Brooklyn waterfront, the Bush Terminal is a specialized facility operated by NY Regional Rail (formerly NY Cross Harbor RR). Bush Terminal is equipped with a float bridge for the loading of rail cars on barges.

This specialized rail yard, located on the Jersey City, N.J., waterfront, is served by the New York Regional Railroad and Conrail (joint NS/CSX). Conrail interchanges traffic to/from NYRR, which operates car float service between Brooklyn.

This is a multiple-service intermodal center located along the New York, Susquehanna & Western RR in North Bergen, New Jersey. The facility can load and unload double-stack trains as well as provide warehousing and container freight station services.
