Council for Airport Opportunity

The Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) was created by a partnership of airline companies, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, including the mayor's offices of the city of Newark and city of New York, and the Federal Aviation Administration. This not-for-profit trade association promotes the growth and development of job opportunities in the aviation industry and responds to the human resource needs of airport employers.
