New Roadway and Terminal Signage

Effective July 16, 2012– New Roadway and Terminal Signage at Terminal C

As part of an airport-wide service enhancement geared towards simplifying our customers’ experience at Newark Liberty International Airport, travelers will be directed to newly designated levels within the airport's terminals via new roadway and terminal signage. The new signage directs passengers to specific levels of the terminal and the services that they seek, and will create uniformity among the airport's three terminals. The new designations are already in place at Terminals A and B.

Effective July 16, 2012, Terminal C's customers will be directed to one of three levels in the terminal as follows:

Level 1 will feature: Arrivals and Ground Transportation

Level 2 will feature: Economy Check-in, Premier Access Check-in, Global Services, and BusinessFirst Check-in

Level 3 will feature: Economy Check-in, Group Check-in, and Special Services

An "All Gates" level located between Levels 2 and 3 will feature all departing gate locations, as well as AirTrain Newark, restaurants, and shops.
