Goethals Bridge Planned Weekly Construction


BAYONNE BRIDGE WILL REMAIN CLOSED OVERNIGHT DUE TO HIGH WINDS

The Bayonne Bridge will remain closed until 5 a.m. tomorrow (Friday, March 3) due to the extended high wind advisory issued by the National Weather Service.

The bridge was originally scheduled to remain open to traffic until 7 p.m. and to close overnight for construction on the “Raise the Roadway” project.

The Goethals Bridge remains open as an alternate route for drivers.
