It shall be unlawful for an owner or driver of a taxicab to charge or cause to be charged, except as hereinafter provided, a greater sum for the use of a cab than in accordance with the following rate schedule of fares for service from Newark International Airport.

Conveying one (1) or more passengers (in the same group) to any point in any municipality in New Jersey other than those specified as special areas.

Zone 3. From North Terminal: to Port Newark.....$9.00

Zone 4. From Newark Airport to any point bounded on the west by Grove Street: bounded on the north by Central Avenue and Fulton Street; bounded on the east and south by Newark city line (includes Holiday Inn North).....$13.00

Zone 5. From Newark Airport to any point bounded on the south by Central Avenue and Fulton Street and the Newark city line. Bounded on the north by 7th Avenue and Clay Street to Newark city line.....$15.00

Zone 6. From Newark Airport to any point west of Grove Street to Newark city line…..$16.00
