Traffic Rules and Regulations (the "Green Book").

Hazardous Materials Transportation Regulations at Tunnel and Bridge Facilities (the "Red Book").

You must make special arrangements to transport oversize cargo or to lead a convoy across the George Washington Bridge. Contact the 24-hour Communications Desk at (201) 346-4100 to do so.

Please visit the New York City Department of Transportation Web site for information on restrictions for oversize and over-dimensional vehicles traveling into New York City.
