MEDIA ADVISORY - GCT USA AND PORT AUTHORITY TO BREAK GROUND FOR NEW EXPRESSRAIL PORT JERSEY FACILITY AT GCT BAYONNE

GCT USA and the Port Authority will break ground for the new ExpressRail Port Jersey facility ("Greenville Yard") at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 19.

The event will begin at the GCT Bayonne Administration Building, 302 Port Jersey Boulevard, Jersey City. Following a brief speaking program, media will be given a short tour of the state-of-the-art container terminal via bus and then be transported to nearby Greenville Yard for the ExpressRail facility’s groundbreaking ceremony.

Media interested in attending the event should RSVP to Lenis Rodrigues at the Port Authority at lrodrigues@panynj.gov or by calling (212) 435-7777 no later than 9 a.m. Monday, December 19, for security reasons. Media should arrive at the GCT Bayonne Administration Building by 10:15 a.m. on the day of the event, as the event will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m.

DIRECTIONS
To get to the administration building, take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14A. After the toll, bear left onto the overpass for GCT Bayonne/440. After the overpass, continue for approximately one mile, heading southeast. The administration building will be on the right.
