The Contracting Activity section provides a six-month rolling list of awards, contract amendments, prequalification lists, call-in lists and surplus sales of personal property results for projects and operations of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation.

This section includes agreements, contracts and purchase orders of the Port Authority and Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation. Such transactions generally are handled by the Port Authority's Procurement Department. The thresholds for inclusion in this report are procurements of goods and services where the initial award is greater than $25,000; professional, technical and advisory services agreements where the cost is greater than $10,000; and sales of surplus personal property valued at more than $25,000.
