Financial Statements

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's fiscal year runs January 1 to December 31. Each February, the agency's management presents to the Board its audited financial statements for the previous fiscal year. These financial statements are then included as part of the Port Authority's Annual Report, which management presents to the Board each April.

The Port Authority's audited financial statements are public documents, and this year's financial statements may be downloaded here.
