Committee meetings are usually scheduled for various times on the same dates, as needed, in connection with the conduct of Port Authority business.

Dates are subject to change, so you may wish to check this website from time to time or call (212) 435-6682 or (212) 435-3717 a few days in advance to confirm the meeting date and obtain the anticipated start time for the specific meeting you plan to attend. The agendas for meetings will be posted on this website at 3 p.m. the day prior to the meeting date.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board at one of the above listed Board meetings should register by sending an e-mail message with their name, affiliation (if any), and topic to Speakers@PANYNJ.gov. Speakers are limited to three minutes each, and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate photo identification is required
