New Jersey Municipalities Summons Information

If you have received a parking summons or other traffic summons please follow the instructions on the back of the summons in order to plead "guilty" or "not guilty."  Once a summons is issued by a police officer it may only be adjudicated by a municipal court judge. The municipality in which the police officer issued a summons assigns the penalties. To make payment via the Internet or for more information regarding a ticket including the penalty amount, please log on to www.njmcdirect.com.
