Port Authority Facilities

The Port Authority publishes a tariff for all of its public berths; the most recent is Port Authority Marine Terminals Tariff FMC Schedule No. PA 10, effective October 1, 2010.

Maher Terminal

Maher Terminal publishes its own tariff.

All Other Private Terminal Operators

The remaining terminal operators - APM, American Stevedoring, Inc (ASI), Global Terminal and Container Services, New York Container Terminal, and Port Newark Container Terminal - use a common tariff.
