MEDIA ADVISORY - DOWNTOWN ENTRANCE TO PATH'S 23RD STREET STATION TO BE CLOSED THIS WEEKEND FOR ESSENTIAL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

The downtown entrance to PATH's 23rd Street Station will be closed from 10 p.m. on Friday, February 6, until 5 a.m. on Monday, February 9, for essential repairs and maintenance inside the station.
For downtown and New Jersey service, passengers can enter PATH via the uptown entrance at the 23rd Street Station and take PATH to 33rd Street, where the train will terminate and then make the return trip to New Jersey. PATH customers can also proceed directly to the other downtown stations at 14th, 9th and Christopher streets.
Between the hours of 10 p.m. on Friday, February 6, and 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, PATH will operate both 33rd Street to Journal Square and 33rd Street to Hoboken routes. Passengers boarding uptown trains at 23rd Street may have to change trains at 33rd Street to proceed to their specific New Jersey destinations.
