Port Authority’s Board of Commissioners will meet in executive session on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the Port Authority’s offices at 225 Park Avenue South, New York, N.Y. to discuss matters related to the purchase, sale, or lease of real property, or securities where public disclosure would affect the value thereof or the public interest.
