The Port Authority's Audit Committee will meet in executive session on Tuesday, May 22, at the Port Authority's offices at 225 Park Avenue South, New York, N.Y. to discuss matters involving external or internal investigations or audits and matters involving ongoing negotiations or reviews of contracts or proposals.
