The Port Authority Board of Commissioners will meet on Thursday, October 18, on the 15th floor of Port Authority headquarters at 225 Park Avenue South in Manhattan. The public session of the Board will begin at 1 p.m.
The following Committee meetings will occur in public session at headquarters:
A meeting of the Committee on Finance, the Security Committee, the World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee, and the full Board takes place in executive session prior to the public Board meeting. In addition, the Committee on Capital Planning, Execution and Asset Management will meet in executive session following the public Board meeting.
The agency will post the agenda for the October 18 meetings on the Port Authority’s website, www.panynj.gov, at 3 p.m. today. The agency also will broadcast the public sessions of the Board and its Committees on its website at www.panynj.gov.
Members of the public wishing to address the Board should register by sending an e-mail message including their name, affiliation (if any) and topic to email@example.com by 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 18. Speakers are limited to 3 minutes, and may not transfer their time to others. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate identification is required.
