MEDIA ADVISORY - PORT AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO HOLD MONTHLY MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13

The Port Authority Board of Commissioners will meet on Wednesday, November 13, on the 3rd floor of Port Authority offices at 2 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, N.J. The public session of the Board will begin at 1:30 p.m. (The offices are located less than a block from the Exchange Place PATH Station).

The following Committee meetings will be held in public session in the same location: Committee on Operations, 10:15 a.m., World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee, 10:30 a.m. and the Committee on Capital Planning, Execution and Asset Management, 11 a.m.

In addition, a meeting of the Committee on Finance, Committee on Operations, the World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee, the Committee on Capital Planning, Execution and Asset Management and the full Board will be held in executive session on November 13.

The public sessions of the Board and its Committees will be broadcast on the Port Authority’s Web site – www.panynj.gov.

The agenda for the meetings to be held on November 13 will be posted on the Port Authority’s Web site, www.panynj.gov, at 3 p.m. today.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board should register by sending an e-mail message including their name, affiliation (if any) and topic to speakers@panynj.gov by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13. Speakers are limited to three minutes, and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate identification is required.
