New York Governor George E. Pataki and New Jersey Governor James E. McGreevey will hold a joint news conference at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2002 to announce the Port Authority will open a new viewing wall at the World Trade Center site next month. The wall will allow visitors to see the site and watch construction there.

Media who wish to cover the news conference should bring photo identification as well as media credentials, and report to the check-in booth at the corner of Church and Vesey streets at the World Trade Center site.
