THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY - EXECUTIVE SESSION BOARD COMMITTEE MEETINGS - FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2015

The following is the agenda as of March 9, for the March 13, 2015 Board Committee meetings of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and its subsidiaries to be held at 4 World Trade Center, 150 Greenwich Street, New York, NY:

Audit Committee - Executive Session - 9:00 a.m.

The Audit Committee will meet in executive session to discuss matters involving external or internal investigations or audits.

Joint Meeting of Committees on Capital Planning, Execution and Asset Management and Finance - Executive Session - 10:30 a.m.

The Committees on Capital Planning, Execution and Asset Management and Finance will meet jointly in executive session to discuss matters related to the purchase, sale, or lease of real property, where disclosure would affect the value thereof or public interest.

Committee on Finance - Executive Session - 11:30 a.m.

The Committee on Finance will meet in executive session to discuss and act upon matters involving ongoing negotiations or reviews of contracts or proposals, and to discuss matters related to the purchase, sale, or lease of real property where disclosure would affect the value thereof or the public interest, and matters in which the release of information could impair the right to receive funds from the United States or other grantor.
