TRAVEL ADVISORY - AIRTRAIN JFK WILL HAVE A PARTIAL SHUTDOWN FROM 10 P.M. SATURDAY UNTIL 5 P.M. MONDAY FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Free shuttle bus service will be provided to minimize impact on travelers

Beginning at 10 p.m. Saturday, April 22, until 5 p.m. Monday, April 24, AirTrain JFK will have a partial shutdown. The shutdown impacts Howard Beach, Lefferts Boulevard and Federal Circle to and from all terminals. There will be free bus service provided from the Howard Beach Line to and throughout the Central Terminal Area.

Passengers and airport employees are advised to allot for extra time when traveling to and from John F. Kennedy Airport during these times. Additional airport customer care representatives, AirTrain and other Port Authority staff will be on duty to better provide information for passengers during the train suspension.
