TRAVEL ADVISORY - PATH SERVICE CHANGE PLANNED FOR CUSTOMERS TRAVELING BETWEEN HOBOKEN AND PAVONIA/NEWPORT

A special shuttle train will operate this weekend, May 21 and 22, between PATH’s Hoboken and Pavonia/Newport stations to allow a switch to be replaced on that stretch of the railroad.
The shuttle trains will operate every 15 minutes. They will begin on both days at 9 a.m. from Pavonia/Newport and from Hoboken.
Customers traveling from Hoboken to the World Trade Center Station must take the shuttle to Pavonia/Newport and switch to a Journal Square train to Grove Street. At Grove Street, customers can board a train to the World Trade Center Station.
PATH will operate its normal Journal Square to 33rd Street via Hoboken service from 2 to 9 a.m. on Sunday, and again from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5:45 a.m. Monday.
