The Port Authority Board of Commissioners will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, October 20, at 2 p.m. on the 15th floor of Port Authority headquarters at 225 Park Avenue South in Manhattan. The Committee on Construction will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the same location.
