Performance Builds on Agency Efforts to Better Integrate the Terminal With the Community
The Port Authority will host a free performance of Chicago the Musical for residents, businesses and commuters from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 5 at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The musical performance will supplement recent Port Authority initiatives to better integrate the bus terminal into the local community, including the opening of a weekly Greenmarket, the opening of Blank SL8 with the Fashion Center BID and Times Square Alliance, and a variety of other community activities.
WHAT: Cast members from Chicago the Musical will conduct the first ever Broadway performance in the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The performance will help continue the Port Authority's efforts to transform the bus terminal into a major community resource.
WHERE: North Wing, Main Floor, Port Authority Bus Terminal
WHEN: 5-6 p.m., Thursday, November 5. Performance times at 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
WHY: To continue the Port Authority Bus Terminal's efforts to better serve neighborhood residents, businesses and the more than 200,000 daily bus terminal customers.
