ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER REACHES 52ND FLOOR, HALF WAY TO THE TOP OF THE 104-FLOOR TOWER

Construction workers adorn One World Trade Center with festive colored lights to mark the holiday season. The tower reached the 52nd floor this week, half way to the top of the 104-floor building.
