Outerbridge Crossing Work Cancelled Until Further Notice
Lincoln Tunnel Bus Lane to Open Earlier on Tuesday, March 26

The Manhattan-bound lanes of the Holland Tunnel will continue to be closed through at least Tuesday, March 26 morning commute and possibly longer as work crews continue to handle the aftermath of a fire at a private building in Jersey City.

Motorists commuting into Manhattan are advised to use mass transit, the Lincoln Tunnel or the Staten Island bridges.

The Port Authority has postponed nighttime construction work on the eastbound lanes of the Outerbridge Crossing until further notice. The bistate agency also will open the express bus lanes at the Lincoln Tunnel at 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, a half hour earlier than normal.
