Exercise will have no impact on flight operations, but airline passengers and motorists may notice numerous emergency vehicles in and around Terminal B.

The Port Authority will conduct an emergency response exercise at Newark Liberty International Airport on Saturday, May 17, from 7 a.m. through 11 a.m. at Terminal B, Departures Level (3rd level, north end). The exercise also will include the area north of the Duty Free shop on the Gates Level.

The exercise is part of the agency's ongoing emergency response drills, which enable the Port Authority Police Department, agency personnel and other emergency responders to test and enhance response procedures.
