The Port Authority will hold a media availability at LaGuardia Airport on Wednesday, November 26, to discuss holiday travel and the steps the agency is taking to meet high travel volume through the Thanksgiving holiday.

For those traveling by air during the Thanksgiving holiday, more than 1.4 million passengers will travel through John F. Kennedy International, Newark Liberty International, LaGuardia, Stewart International and Atlantic City International airports. In addition to a full complement of customer service representatives, the Port Authority will assist air travelers at its airport Welcome Centers, where they can check flight status and other airport-related services.

Port Authority Aviation Director Thomas Bosco will brief media on travel preparations at 8:30 a.m. in LaGuardia's Central Terminal Building, on the departure level near the food court.
