Free shuttle bus service will be provided to minimize impact on travelers

Beginning Friday, November 4, until Sunday, November 6, AirTrain JFK will have a partial shutdown for scheduled maintenance. Starting from 10 p.m. Friday until 7 a.m. Sunday there will be bus service provided from Federal Circle to and throughout the Central Terminal Area. Free shuttle bus service will be provided in both directions from Federal Circle to Jamaica Station.

Passengers and airport employees are advised to put aside extra time when traveling to and from John F. Kennedy Airport during the affected period. Additional airport customer care representatives, AirTrain and other Port Authority staff will be on duty to better provide information for passengers during the train suspension.
