PORT AUTHORITY TO COMMEMORATE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF BAYONNE BRIDGE GROUNDBREAKING - MEDIA ADVISORY

On Thursday, October 2, 2003, the Port Authority will hold a photo opportunity to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the groundbreaking for the Bayonne Bridge. The event will feature a display of an original shovel used in the groundbreaking of the bridge in 1928.

The photo opportunity will take place at the Bayonne Bridge Toll House Building located at 70 Trantor Place in Staten Island at 2:30 p.m.
