The Port Authority will celebrate the one-millionth container handled at its ExpressRail ship-to-rail facility with a ceremony at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, at the ExpressRail site at the Elizabeth Marine Terminal in Elizabeth, N.J. ExpressRail, which has improved the flow of cargo through the port, is in Building 3200 at the marine terminal.
