MEDIA ADVISORY - LOCAL CHOIRS AND MUSICIANS SET TO PERFORM AT MANHATTAN BUS TERMINALS TO CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAYS

The Port Authority will present music and fine art at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and George Washington Bridge Bus Station during the holiday season. The featured works and performances will be provided by some of New York and New Jersey’s finest artists and entertainers from local schools and community groups.

Scheduled are:

Port Authority Bus Terminal


  • December 1 - January 31

    Works by New York City artist Cyn McLean and neighborhood artists will be on display in the South Wing of the terminal’s Main Concourse.

  • December 20, 4 - 6 p.m.

    The Old Bridge High School 30-member, all-girl choir will perform in the North Wing, Main Concourse.

  • December 21, 4 - 6 p.m.

    The Voices of Praise Community Choral Group will perform in the North Wing, Main Concourse.


George Washington Bridge Bus Station


  • December 7 - 31

    The Sueño Collection, featuring the artwork of Jersey City Artist Heather Williams, will be displayed on the Main Concourse near the Fort Washington Avenue entrance.

  • December 13 - 31

    An art exhibit featuring works by students of St. Charles Borromeo School in Harlem will be displayed on the Main Concourse near the Broadway entrance.

  • December 14, 4 - 6 p.m.

    The Jersey City School Ensemble will perform on the Main Concourse.

  • December 16, 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.

    The Incarnation School of Washington Heights will perform on the Main Concourse.
