MEDIA ADVISORY - PORT AUTHORITY TO DETAIL COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ENHANCEMENTS FOR AIR PASSENGERS

Port Authority Chairman Anthony R. Coscia and Executive Director Anthony E. Shorris will detail a program of customer-service enhancements for travelers at John F. Kennedy International, Newark Liberty International and LaGuardia airports at an 11 a.m. news conference Thursday at LaGuardia Airport’s Central Terminal Building.

Media wishing to cover the announcement should park in the garage across from the Central Terminal Building and enter on the western end of the building’s lower level (arrivals), at the doors marked “American Airlines/American Eagle.”
