PORT AUTHORITY URGES AIR PASSENGERS TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME WHEN TRAVELING TO THE REGION’S AIRPORTS

Agency Strongly Urges Passengers to Use AirTrain JFK and AirTrain Newark


The Port Authority today advised passengers to allow extra time when traveling to John F. Kennedy International, Newark Liberty International and LaGuardia airports this week due to heavier than normal passenger volume and security measures.

To avoid traffic congestion trying to reach airport terminals, the Port Authority encourages air passengers to use mass transit, including AirTrain JFK and AirTrain Newark.
