Industrial Park at Elizabeth

This suburban-style industrial park offers unmatched land, sea and air access. Located just off the New Jersey Turnpike, the facility is also adjacent to the Port Newark/Elizabeth Marine Terminal Complex and Newark Liberty International Airport. The Industrial Park at Elizabeth is also part of the City of Elizabeth's Urban Enterprise Zone, providing significant tax benefits to qualified companies and their customers.

Several years ago, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey recognized that these factors converge to create an ideal environment for retailers. As a result, the majority of land in the park has been sold to IKEA, a Swedish home furnishings retailer, which built and operates Elizabeth Center at 13A on the site. This retail center is anchored by IKEA's own 270,000-square foot retail store.

The remaining land owned by the Port Authority on the site includes a building that is leased to AFI Food Service for use as a distribution facility.
