The Legal Center at One Riverfront Plaza is a 20-story, 418,889-square foot Class A office building located in the heart of the Newark Renaissance, directly to the north of Newark's Pennsylvania Station. This striking building is designed to meet the needs of legal professionals and others who demand efficiency, convenience and value at a prestigious and accessible address. Large floor plates, handsome finishes and a beautifully appointed two-story lobby enhance productivity while surrounding employees in style and elegance.

Location

The Legal Center is just minutes from Manhattan, Newark Liberty International Airport and nine major highways. An enclosed pedestrian walkway connects the building to the Gateway Complex which includes a Hilton Hotel and Newark's Penn Station. This allows easy access to Amtrak, PATH and NJ TRANSIT rail and bus systems, including a direct rail link to Newark Liberty International Airport.

Situated in the city's bustling business district, the Legal Center is just minutes from federal and district courts, City Hall and Essex County government offices. The New Jersey Performing Arts Center and Riverfront Baseball Stadium are within close proximity.

Matrix is responsible for leasing and the daily management and operation of the building.
