Development Opportunities for Warehousing & Distribution Centers

The Portfields Initiative is a project of the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA). The program helps private developers, communities and others transform underutilized and brownfield sites into productive warehousing and distribution centers. These centers will support emerging market opportunities for new ocean and air freight-related warehousing and distribution operations.
