* Committee meetings are usually scheduled for various times the same dates, as needed, in connection with the conduct of Port Authority business. A special meeting of the Committee on Operations may be held to act on certain matters on the Board’s agenda.

The agenda for individual meetings will be posted on this website at 3 p.m. the day prior to the meeting date.
Members of the public wishing to address the Board at its public session should register by sending an e-mail message with their name, affiliation (if any), and topic to Speakers@PANYNJ.gov. Speakers are limited to three minutes each, and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate photo identification is required.
