The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Board of Commissioners is responsible for setting the agency’s priorities and overseeing their efficient implementation, among other duties.  The Board closely monitors the entire World Trade Center rebuilding effort, working with stakeholders to move the project forward in a timely, transparent and cost-effective manner.

* The public Board meeting of the Port Authority and its subsidiaries generally begins in the early afternoon (between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.), unless otherwise noted. Committee meetings are usually scheduled for various times the same dates, as needed, in connection with the conduct of Port Authority business.

Dates and times are subject to change as circumstances warrant, so you may wish to check this website from time to time and call (212) 435-6639 a few days in advance to confirm the meeting date and obtain the anticipated start time for the specific meeting you plan to attend. The agenda for individual meetings will be posted on this website at 3 p.m. the day prior to the meeting date.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board at its public session should register by sending an e-mail message with their name, affiliation (if any), and topic to Speakers@PANYNJ.gov. Speakers are limited to three minutes each, and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate photo identification is required.
