The Master Plan calls for a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center.  The center will be the permanent home of the Joyce Theater, one of Manhattan’s cultural treasures.  The center is still in the planning stages, but promises to be a bright light in the increasingly vibrant cultural landscape of Lower Manhattan.
