MEDIA ADVISORY - PORT AUTHORITY BOARD TO HOLD WORLD TRADE CENTER MONTHLY MEETING ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6
|The Port Authority Board of Commissioners will meet on Thursday, November 6, at the Port Authority’s offices on the 10th floor of 115 Broadway, diagonally across from the World Trade Center site. The public session of the Board will begin at noon.
The World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee will be held in public session at 11 a.m. in the same location.
In addition, a meeting of the full Board will be held in executive session on November 6.
The public sessions may also be viewed live on the Port Authority’s Web site - www.panynj.gov.
The agenda for the meetings to be held on November 6 will be posted on the Port Authority’s Web site, www.panynj.gov, at 3 p.m. today.
Members of the public wishing to address the Board should register by sending an e-mail message including their name, affiliation (if any) and topic to firstname.lastname@example.org by 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 6. Those who wish to address the Board on World Trade Center actions to be considered at the November 6 meeting will be given an opportunity to do so upon completion of the presentation and prior to the Board’s vote on the items. All other requests to address the Board will be accommodated at the November 20 meeting. Speakers are limited to 3 minutes, and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate identification is required.
