The Port Authority Board of Commissioners will meet on Thursday, March 5, on the 15th floor of Port Authority headquarters at 225 Park Avenue South in Manhattan, to discuss World Trade Center matters. The public session of the Board will begin at 11:30 a.m.

The World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee will meet in public session at 11 a.m. prior to the public session of the Board at the same location.

In addition, a meeting of the World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee will be held in executive session on March 5.

The public sessions of the Board and its Committee will be broadcast on the Port Authority's Web site -

The agenda for the meetings to be held on March 5 will be posted on the Port Authority's Web site,, at 3 p.m. on March 4.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board should register by sending an e-mail message including their name, affiliation (if any) and topic to by 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 5. Those who wish to address the Board on World Trade Center actions to be considered at the March 5 meeting will be given the opportunity to do so upon completion of the presentation and prior to the Board's vote on the items. All other requests to address the Board will be accommodated at the March 26 meeting. Speakers are limited to 3 minutes, and speaking time may not be transferred. The public comment period may be limited to 30 minutes. Appropriate identification is required.
