The PSFQ is largely used to compile a prequalified list of firms for the Engineering Department’s various “call-in” programs. Firms are strongly advised to fill out the questionnaire in its entirety as the “project” and “staff” types and numbers serve as the basis for criteria to prequalify firms.

Construction Procurement Information: Programs and Forecast

  1. Annual Construction Program

    See a forecast of construction contracts published as a continuing effort to encourage participation in the Port Authority’s procurement of construction services. This forecast identifies contracts to be publicly advertised, as well as set aside to M/W/SBEs.
