The expression of your organization’s interest in being listed as an Interested Subcontractor does not impose any obligation on the Port Authority.  It is an informational tool to enable Prime Contractor/Bidders to connect with certified subcontractor firms that have identified themselves, and is no guarantee that any subcontract will result from the expression of interest. 

The Port Authority makes no representation or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for the accuracy, or completeness of such information input by the Interested Subcontractors, nor has the Port Authority verified this information.  This information is made available to the Prime Contractors/Bidders merely for the purpose of providing them with such information as is in the possession of the Port Authority, whether or not such information may be accurate or complete.

The information is posted on a website available to the public, and the Port Authority shall not be liable in any way for the use or misuse of this information.
