Speaker Registration Form for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Public Board Meetings

Due to challenges related to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, and in light of the advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the States of New York and New Jersey, the meetings will be held virtually via teleconference and live streamed to the Port Authority’s Website.

Members of the public wishing to address the Board on Port Authority-related matters should submit an email that includes their name, affiliation and subject matter to Speakersprogram@panynj.gov.

Either written statements or pre-recorded video statements may be submitted to Speakersprogram@panynj.gov. Pre-recorded videos are limited to three minutes each maximum. Pre-recorded videos submitted as part of the speakers’ program will be broadcast as part of the public Board meeting. Written statements will be filed with the transcripts of the respective Board Meeting. Comments must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the respective Board Meeting. The speakers program may be limited to 30 minutes in total. Please note that there is no public comment period at Committee Meetings.

Prerecorded video statements must be smaller than 100 megabytes.
