The eastbound lanes of the Goethals Bridge will be closed Monday, April 17, starting at 10 p.m. for emergency road repairs. The bridge will reopen Tuesday, April 18, at 5 a.m. The westbound lanes will remain open throughout this period.

The closure is required to address pavement deterioration at several locations on the eastbound lanes of the bridge. The Bayonne Bridge and Outerbridge Crossing will remain open and serve as alternate routes during the closure of the eastbound Goethals Bridge lanes.
